About CKI
Service Initiative
The Club's Service InitiativeFor the 2007-2008 school year, we will focus on how homelessness affects children ages six through thirteen. We will hold fundraisers and service opportunities throughout the year in order to raise awareness and combat the issue. Over the course of the first semester we will work with refugees, volunteer with Project Phoenix, and participate in the Help the Homeless Walk in D.C. During the second semester, we will specifically raise money to help an orphanage in South Asia.
